StratSol led the development of Puerto Rico’s official Child Care State Plan for 2025–2027, guiding the strategic and regulatory framework to enhance child care access, quality, and affordability across the island.

StratSol conducted a statewide study to assess gaps and priorities in Puerto Rico’s child care system. Using geospatial analysis and stakeholder input, the study informed ACUDEN’s policy direction and directly shaped the 2025–2027 Child Care State Plan.
